Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 April 2026
This policy explains how Synowelt (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on this website. We aim for transparency and compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Synowelt AI Consulting. For legal entity details or privacy inquiries, use the contact form on our Contact Page.
2. What data we process
We process only what is necessary for the site to work and for us to respond to your inquiries:
- Inquiry data: when you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. This data is forwarded to us via email through a service provider and is not stored in any database.
- Technical data: our hosting infrastructure receives standard request data (IP address, browser type, access time) for security and reliability. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
- Language preference: your selected language is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it next time.
- Session prefill: if you start an inquiry on one page and continue on Contact Page, form fields are briefly kept in your browser’s session storage. This is cleared after use.
3. What we do not do
We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not store your inquiry data in any database — it is only used to deliver an email to us and is not retained after delivery.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data under these bases:
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): to handle and respond to your inquiry.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): where required by law.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site: an email delivery partner to forward inquiries, a hosting provider, and a font provider. These partners process only the minimum data needed for their function. Some may be located outside the EEA; where applicable, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection). For privacy requests, use the contact form on Contact Page.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We rely on reputable infrastructure and limit access to personal data. No internet transmission is fully secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.
8. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
10. Contact
